Jeff and Harriet, owners of Sofas Etc. are the NICEST people I have done business with in a very long time. They took the time to educate me on the manufacturers, materials, and warranties of their merchandise. I got a beautiful Lane sectional sofa at an amazing price. No hard sell, no pressure, and very patient! Their staff was very courteous. I will definitely be a repeat customer and I highly recommend their store.
