DO NOT TRUST this proprietor. This guy is horrible when it comes to Customer Service and I know because I work in the Customer Service industry myself. I agree that a few years back, he did a good tinting job on both our cars and since he did such a great job, we placed our trust in him. And since he did such a great job, when we recently purchased a new vehicle, we even took time to dig through our stash of business cards just to locate this guy and have him do the car tint on our brand-new BMW X5. Sure enough, we found his card and called him. He came over to do the tint and charged us $185.00, but as a sign of our appreciation for his work, we made it an even $200.00. But as the days passed, some bubbles began to form and we decided to contact him for a backjob. He said he would come in on a Saturday morning, 11 AM. He never came. My wife called him at 11:16 AM and apparently, he ran into some "car trouble" on the 405. My wife was patient, and rescheduled for the upcoming Monday, 4PM. We waited and waited on Monday until 4PM, canceling everything else that we had to do. NO CALL NO SHOW. After filing a complaint with the BBB, the hack calls me and leaves a message saying he was in a "car accident" that day which ofcourse, was total bull. He probably thinks my wife and I are simpletons. He said he was willing to do the job again. I had my wife call him because I was too pissed to talk to him myself. My wife left a message, but he never called back again. That's $200.00 I'll never see again. I'm thinking of going to small claims court to sue this guy not because I want my $200.00 back, but simply because he misplaced my trust and for this, his business deserves to go down. People should learn, especially in this economy, that the best way to keep the money coming in is to take good care of your customers. In this economy, no business, and I mean NO BUSINESS can afford to be sloppy because it's hard enough to get the business and keep the money flowing. This guy will come to your home and show you pictures of the work he's done, but what he won't show you is the aftermath of his work and the complaints filed with the BBB. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY if you know what's good for your car.
