I actually like the product, but the deceptive practices are inexcusable. Below is what happened to me.
Bought two GoldOne Kits from an email ad in December, 2009. Price was advertised at 29.95 each with Free Shipping. First, was charged 9.95 shipping for each of the two orders. One of the orders didn't show up and I had to call to get that one shipped. Was promised a free pack of cartridges for my trouble, but didn't get that when the package did arrive. The biggest problem however, was that two charges of 17.84 showed up on my Bank Statement two days ago. I called to complain and first I had to prove the charges by sending them a copy of the Bank Statement(they don't know what they charge people??). After that, I got an email stating I was on a monthly auto refill plan (which I never agreed to) and they could not refund the money, but would cancel the auto refill plan going forward. Frankly, I don't trust that they will. Also, even though they charged me for two refills, I've yet to receive them.
