What a scam !!! I am a victim of this "free trial" offer that has cost me in excess of $180.00. Someone should stop them. I think the attorney general in Florida should be investigating their business practices. Why are they getting away with this??? Does the BBB investigate any of these claims. They claim they never received my returned merchandise and I was SOL. In order to get a refund I was told to have the post office give me a tracking number for the packages I returned. I was told I was scammed! I was given a complaint form to give to the US Postmaster. To all the employees who may be looking at these complaints... shame on you for working for criminals !!!!
