Purchased free trial offer of e-cigarette via USA Today ad. No copies of sales documents or agreements offered at purchase. Upon reciept, learned that $9.95 was only shipping, and would be charged another $99 if the item not returned in 14 days. Returned item via USPS Priority Mail before deadline. Since that time, Smoking Everywhere has made 2 unauthorized charges on my credit card and continues to send refills and charge my card.
Smoking Everywhere should be under criminal investigation by Federal and local authorities for their fraudulent practices.
