This company caused my an extreme amount of anguish. They took money from my credit card the weren't supposed to take and they charged me 49.99 for something I didn't order. They sent me defective products two times and told me there is no return policy. In all they charged me 99.98, 178.00, and 49.99 = 327.97 + $180.00 in bounced checks = 507.97 and I still have nothing. I call them numerous times and sat in queue for quite a while and when my call finally came up they hung up. I have phone records of it all. I called to see what they were doing about getting my replacement product to me and why they, again, charged me 49.99 and I was put on hold two times and then hung up on. My bank is working on this, thank God, and returned my bad check charges. Something is very wrong here and after talking to one of their supervisors they almost convinced me this was all my fault. This caused me much distress from not being able to buy groceries and other necessities to a huge amount of time trying to fix all of this. Unless you are ready to face a crisis do not order from this company.
