Review 10/22/2009

I hate being taken by ANY company which includes company that appear to help one deal with problems in their life. My problem in not being able to stop smoking and Smoking Everywhere is one of those company's. Had they presented their product with honesty in their free trial offer and given me the chance to try it out to see if it would work, I wouldn't be writing this review. Unfortunately, they didn't. They chose to fraudulently mislead people with their 14 day free trial and their "Terms and Conditions". I ordered their product expecting to try it out under their free trial offer however before even receiving the product, I received 2 phone calls from them trying to sell me more of their product. I explained to the callers I needed to try it first and asked when I would receive it. I was told it was on it's way. I did receive it---------36 days after it was ordered and 22 DAYS after the free trial expired. 12 days later, they charged my account $99.02 for the product. Deception? definitely. Fraudulent Practice? definitely. I tried to call them on the phone---the usual wait, wait, wait and then disconnected. Tried again, same thing. Sent emails----------no answer. company's such as this should be put out of business by the government and their owners put in jail. I certainly hope this happens to SmokingEverywhere.
