I fell for the "free trial" on Sept 23rd. I immediately emailed the company (which was in their directions) so that I would not receive any further products...just wanted to try it out. About 3 days later, my account was charged the $9.95 for shipping fee. I kept waiting and did not receive my free trial. I began emailing and calling the company regarding this issue. Then, last week, I was charged $99.02. I immediately emailed them again and tried calling (again). I spoke to a "Jesus" and got disconnected while he was "looking into it". I also called my bank to get my money back. I then called the company again yesterday and spoke with a "Kevin" and explained my situation. He apologized and said that my charges of $9.95 and the $99.02 would be refunded. I asked him why I haven't received the free trial and he said that "the company is weird on how they do business". I also told him about all the complaints I read about (after placing my order) from the BBB. He said "oh, you're kidding, that's not good". He assured me that I would get a full refund and asked for a confirmation number. He said they don't do that. I am waiting to see if they refund me or not. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID!!!!!
