Our Washing machine was throwing a trouble code and not working properly. I looked around for an appliance company using Yellowpages.com and found this one to have the highest rating of stars. I called and they gave me a 10am-1pm time window which was completely inaccurate and they did not even call to say they were running late or anything. I had to call them to find out, after waiting for them for 3.5 hours. They quoted me on the phone $75 service call and since I was a new customer 20% off and the "October Special" they were having. And then since I mentioned yellow pages another 5% off. He showed up late. Took out 2 screws to open it up. Reached underneath to pull out a tech manual and opened it up and found the code. Unscrewed the water pump trap to see that there was debris in it. I took it, walked over to the sink and washed it out. Handed it back to him and he screwed the big cap back on, screwed the 2 screws back in and ran 2 cycles on the machine. He was here for a total of 25 minutes and i paid $120.00 and he told me that I was getting a deal. I asked about the 25% off and he said that I was getting it by simply adding on more mysterious numbers to make the bill higher. THIS COMPANY IS A REAL FRAUD and RIPOFF!! So much for a new customer price and discount. So minus $75 from $120 and thats what I paid him for unscrewing 2 screws and unscrewing the water trap with his hand. I called to talk to the lady that set up the appointment at the Corona Del mar location back to speak to someone higher about this. She gave me a Managers name and Number. Ive called her multiple times with no response. What a joke this company is and a real rip off.
