Dishonest outfit!

I called for a fridge repair and the tech spent 5 minutes on the unit. He wrote me an estimate for 3,500.00 to replace all the components he claimed were completely burned out.He charged me 65.00 and then didn't bother to leave the estimate with me.I told him I was going to get a second opinion. I called the mfg and they sent a tech out the next day. He determined it was a 69.00 heater part plus 72.00 in labor. He said that if he had bothered looked inside the fridge it would have been obvious what the problem was. DO NOT USE THESE FOLKS they are rip-off artists!
