Bad Experience

On 9-22-11 i had a repairman out to my house to repair my Maytag dishwasher which was a year and a half old. The repairman informed me that it was the motherboard and i gave the go ahead to order it. After a few weeks passed i got a recordeed message that the part was in and they would be out the next day. I took the day off from work but the guy didn't show up. I called and talked to a very rude supervisor who said they didn't call me and that they would call when the part comes in. On Dec 23 i called back and canceled the repair job. Thats right i waited 3 months for them to get back to me and it never happened, i had to call them. They claimed that my order got lost. I demanded that i get my $65 service charge back and they did send me a refund. I will be sure and lose their name and number just like they did my order.
