Horrible experience! This is a Soviet-style assembly line of patients. I ran out of pain killers and antibiotics and tried for 3 days to get a doctor to call in a refill. I finally had to see my local dentist as an emergency patient. I paid an extra $100 to have them file my insurance--highway robbery! After 3 months of unanswered phone msgs, they finally filed the paperwork. I wrote a two-page letter to Dr. Teich complaining of his dentists' insensitivity to their patients and his staff's inability to return phone calls. I never received any response from him. I may have saved $1000 on an implant, but it wasn't worth the hassles I encountered. BTW, they advertise an implant for $899 and one day service--don't count on it--that's the hook to draw you in. Mine was $2200 and 10 months for completion. Don't waste your money or your time in this "practice".
