As you know, the success of any organization depends on the people working there.
I recently had six teeth extracted, six implants done, and a Phonare bridge installed to the implants.
I was so impressed with Dr. Garry Jones and the work that he did, that I wanted to drop you a note to that fact.
Dr. Jones’ success is due, not only to his technical abilities, which are unparalleled, but just as importantly kept me informed every step of the way in a manner that quieted my anxieties and kept me relaxed the whole time.
This letter wouldn’t be complete if I did not acknowledge your own capabilities. It only takes about two minutes to see that you are extremely knowledgeable and competent in the field of implant surgery. I’m sure that you would be extremely successful in any endeavor that you choose. My background is that I have a Bachelor’s degree from Yale University and a Ph.D. in Executive Management from the Claremont Graduate School. I retired after 32 years with Boeing Co. where I have had ample time to judge organizational performance as Mgr. Business Development.
