I placed my first order three weeks ago. I live in California and expected to receive my order in a matter of days; it took two weeks. I emailed Skin West inquiring the status of my order. I receive an immediate response and was told my order just shipped.
I received my order 3 days later. My order was well packaged and correct, I'm happy with my order and have placed a second order. With the great products and very low prices, I'm okay waiting a few extra days for my products.
