I was working on a modification for last two years with another lawyer and got nowhere, got a referral from a friend to Siringoringo law firm called them and set up an appointment to meet at their Glendale location, Alex was my first point of contact the meeting went very smooth provided them with all requested paper work few days later I got contacted by Elina Namednina she was the processor in my case, called me almost every day to let me know the status of my MOD and was always very help full, well my MOD got approved in 23 days!!!! and the interest went down from 7.75 to 2.236 and they got the balance reduced by 243,804.01 that is great work I would recommend them to anyone that is trying to stay in their home, GREAT JOB!!!!!
