I chose Signature Capital after having had a bad experience with another Mortgage Broker. I found them through Facebook. The loan advisor who contacted me was persistent and extremely knowledgeable which gained my trust by answering all my questions promptly
and thoroughly. He also coordinated the various parties (the lender, the payoff dept. Notary, etc.) through a tough process. I would recommend Signature Capital to my friends and associates and will do more business with them for any further lending needs.
