This company DOES NOT respond to customer service inquiries even though their website & automated emails tout that they will respond in 2 business days. The product ordered was shipped from overseas & the delievery was expected in 3 weeks. It has been 8 weeks, & no response from the company (evevn though 3 emails were sent requesting information regarding this issue) & my MasterCard was charged the day of the purchase.
After making a customer service phone call, I will NEVER order from this company again! I was patronized for using Hotmail as an email account. Shop4Tech.com Customer Service told me they responded to my email, however I don't have a reply. Ironically, I do have the 3 promotional emails they have sent me since the original order & I have the 2 automated email responses from their "contact" page on their website. They also told me the product "shipped" on 01/10/2011, & that I needed to wait another week to see if I received the product & if I didn't receive the product to call back & they would try to track the product.
As of now, I still have not received the product (product order date: 01/05/2011; this posting & phone call to Shop4Tech.com Customer Service: 02/22/2011).
If you want good customer service & reliable shipping, DO NOT USE SHOP4TECH.COM!!!
