I've purchased many things from them. I like there prices and how fast they ship. I once bought some chips from them that were the wrong piece but I knew that there was no refunds on the items. I contacted them and they told me that if I was not sure about something in the future they could simply assist me and answer my questions before I buy something. I've had nothing but good experiences with them. The last thing I purchased form them was two memory chips for my laptop, my laptop and a bluetooth radio. All of them work. I considered returning my laptop at first and they were very helpful and did not get upset when I decided to keep my laptop although they had prepared a shipping label for me to ship it back to them.
