Jim is a knowledgeable builder. Everything else was extremely unsatisfactory -- timely completion, client and subcontractor relations, and he refused in many cases to obtain multiple bids for my cost plus contract over my ongoing objections. He refused
to provide a meaningful and professional schedule - and what was provided was never kept. He stopped my job in anger even though I was current with my payments and had a long history of paying on time. I would not use him again, nor could I possibly recommend
him.
