this is probably the most unprofessional company i have come across. not only did they have to come back 3x because the problem still persists, but it still wasnt resolved. also, i made appointments for them to come back, then never showed, i had to call them and find out where the guy was. then they ask if i still wanted him to come out. when the guy showed for the third time he acted like i was inconveniencing him. i would stay away from this place, very unprofessional.

Thank you for your review. Certainly we apologize for this unfortunate chain of events. Since you do not state your name or address I cannot respond with any specificity. However, certainly we do everything in our power to solve a problem the first time since sending men back to a customer not only costs us money but inconveniences our client as well. This is why we always offer a warranty on any pest control service since some jobs are more difficult to solve than others. Again, since I cannot research your account with us, I cannot determine how appointments may have been missed. We are always very busy here since we guarantee both the best job and the best price. Some jobs take longer than anticipated though there is no excuse for not communicating delays with our clients and we make every effort to avoid this since we know our client’s time is very valuable. If there is anything we can do to try to change you negative opinion of our organization please advise what you would like and we will attempt to satisfy you. Thank you.
