Thank you for your review. Certainly it is embarrassing to this company to see a complaint such as yours. We’ve been operating with a pest software program called PestWin which only holds 33,000 records. Two years ago we added an additional separate link to the program so our database and record keeping would hold 66K records. Any time any data entry going over the 33K number freezes the program and large amounts of data have been lost. The nightmare of changing software programs has been something we have been trying ot avoid for some time now. But finally the time has come that we have no choice. We have hired extra people to come into to assist us with the date transfer process in a manner that will allow us to continue to operate at our present volume while at the same time improving our customer service and record keeping systems. Though it is rare for us to miss more than one appointment we certainly cannot argue the fact that it likely has happened and we sincerely apologize. If there is some way we can compensate you for your aggravation and at the same time try to change your negative opinion of our company we would appreciate the opportunity to do so.
