On behalf of the company I would like to apologize for not being able to satisfy your needs. It is hard to respond with any specifics since you do not provide a name or address. Generally, we solve most problems the first time, however occasionally some jobs prove much more difficult than others. This the reason any reputable company will provide you with a warranty. Our warranties are for a full year and are renewable every year for lifetime, so once we undertake a job, we guarantee we will solve the problem. The fewer trips we make to the home to successfully resolve the issue the more profitable it is for us and the more convenient it is for our customer, so naturally we do our best to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
