I was skeptical of their first call.Thought it was another telemarketing firm. Thanks to their persistence and professional and consistent handling of the refi process, I was able to cash out in about 6 weeks on my rental property with much less farce than many other mortgage companies I dealt with the last 10 years. Got me a good rate and more cash than enticipated. Kudos especially to Christian and also Rey for great job done considering never had to set foot in your office or face to face with any of you guys and about 100 miles apart.
