My dad had a service contract with this company and its predecessor (Amira) for
32 years. The contract provides for free replacement of covered items when Service America can no longer repair them. They replaced a refrigerator and a dishwasher. Recently, the air conditioner (32 years old) broke and could not be fixed. Instead of doing the right thing they refused to replace the air conditioner citing mumbo-jumbo terms. They charged $2,000 to replace the air conditioner. On a scale of 10 I'd rate them a 4!
