I ordered a pair of sunglasses from SeriousPimp.com and wow...First of all my money was taken RIGHT out of my account within 15 minutes of the order being placed, 7 days later it was still "Pending/Processing" I called and e-mailed MULTIPLE times with NO answer either way. This place is a "Business" ran by a bunch of thieves and armatures.
After 7 days of calling and e-mailing with no answers, I finally was forced to file a dispute with paypal, now I must wait 10 days to receive my money back for a product I NEVER received. Shortly after filing my dispute with Paypal my order was a "Canceled" status on the website, funny....I give you my money and ask over and over again for my product and can't get a response, the minute I file a dispute you cancel the order?
This is quite possibly the WORST customer service I have EVER experienced, not only will i warn all of my friends and family never to do business with seriouspimp, I will be reporting fraud to the BBB. You cannot take someone's money and then not provide the product, try having ONE OUNCE of customer service, you people obviously have no idea how to run a business. I hope the FBI shuts you down hard.
Like the above reviewer stated, do not give your money to seriouspimp, they will not provide you with any product, oh and don't bother trying to find them they have changed their address multiple times and they are never where they say they are, no working e-mails, and no working phone number...what a scam.
