A few weeks ago I purchased a few items for my older dog. I didn't know companies existed that catered to older dogs and cats. I thought the compamy would take a week to ship my order, so I called to see if I could speak with a live person. To my suprise someone answered the phone and took my order right there on the spot. A few days later my order arrived. I highly recommend this company and the fact that they actually have people answering the phone in this day and age makes me want to write this review. I will shop here again and again and again!
