Hi my name is Kanist Otto i just wanted to know what had happend to my mortgage modification loan.I was told it was not suppose to take more then six months but for some reason when i made the payments i did not hear or no calls from you guys so i don't know if you guys were just after my money and did not want to help me out with my mortgage, i tried to call several times and no respond so please respond to my message because i really need to know what is goig on with my mortgage loan.
