We started working with Fidelity and Secure Audit Group late last year. They did everything they promised they would do. My audit was completed within the first 45 days and they helped me complete my modification a few months later. We found 4 violations of TILA guidelines apparently, not exactly sure what all that means but extremely satisfied with the results. My lender is BAC Lending and they are a complete nightmare to work with. I'm not completely sure how their processing is but somehow Fidelity Financial and Secure Auditors has the patience to deal with those people. I am very thankful they helped me.
