I was given a pair of Levi's as a gift for Christmas. They were the wrong size. I went into the Sears store in Riverside CA on Arlington Ave to exchange them. After about an hour of standing at the register dealing with a VERY rude cashier in the men's department I was told they cannot take the pants back or exchange them or give a store credit. These pants have the original Levi tags and a Sears tag with a item number on them. They have never been worn or washed. They are still in the same fold they were in on the store's shelf. The rude cashier asked for our phone number, after we gave her that she said nothing was coming up. We told her we did not buy the pants. THEY WERE A GIFT.
I would be very careful if you plan on purchasing something from this store. They are not willing to help you if you get the wrong size or have any kind of problem with their merchandise! Good luck!
