This is the second fridge I have had from sears. I have had 4 service call from them in the last 2 weeks and they are unable to fix my fridge nor do they want to stand behind their master service agreement I purchased from them. I should have known better it happened before and this is the second time. Their tec comes out and says sorry cant fix it call customer care . And don't even try calling them your on hold for 20 min. They gave me the run around and said thereis nothing wrong with the fridge, even though they are supose to replace food acourding to the agreement. Save your money and time don't buy from sears or at least don't waste your money on the service plan.
