Sears Home Improvement did my kitchen granite counters in Mar. 2011. I will NEVER have Sears do any Home improvement in my home again. Their work was sub-standard. Even from the beginning they were very unprofessional. Started out w/ not telling me that I could go to a Granite yard to pick my granite.... The sub-contractors they hired did not know their jobs. From tracking drit in (not putting down cloths) to Mis-measured granite(had to be cut out and replaced),to loosing fauset parts, not matching moldings. I wrote corprate a letter, and gave them my contract # for a reply to a 4 pg. letter of dissatisfaction...No more Sears for me in this area !!!!!!!!
