HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I took my son in for an annual checkup (2 years old) and dr. jim rushed through the appt. so quickly they forgot to weigh him, did not measure his head circumference, checked only one ear (he ended up with an earache in the unchecked ear the next day - which they would have caught if he checked it) and rushed me out so fast I couldn't ask questions. when I called to tell them and reschedule, the office mgr said I could come back in and would not have to pay to finish the appt. after I came back (45 minute drive, b/c they're supposed to be "so great"), I got a bill for the visit. I fought with them for a year over not paying that bill. The office manager was extremely rude and said I was lying (she told me over the phone and at the appt. I would not have to pay b/c it was their fault). Finally, I called Bob Sears on an emergency basis because it was the only way I could talk to anyone without having the office manager hang up on me & he was actually nice and took care of it. Bob is now on his own. Took bad, he was the only good one. Hope the office manager is gone - what a jerk!
