Incompetent

Not sure about the quality of the product, but the customer service is textbook incompetent. I ordered 2 pair of shoes and here it is 14 days since receiving order confirmation and THEY JUST SHIPPED THEM. The shoes are to go out TOMORROW. I should have them in THREE DAYS at the latest. Guy told me "sometimes this happens".
Please know, I called them one week ago wondering why I had not rec'd shipping info. I was told one pair was out of stock in my size. At that time, I asked for a size larger (which he verified was in stock). CSR then told me they would ship tomorrow (2/19/13)...
Here we are 2.25.13 and they will not go out until tomorrow.....
Unless I come back to update this, please assume quality of the products is acceptable as I am writing this prior to actually receiving the items.
Will not use them again due to very poor customer service.
