will never use another plumbing company again!! This company is great! Great service, great people, and great pricing and deals! I was in a bit of a bind about a week ago I had everything backing up in my house! toilet stuff backing up into my kitchen kitchen backin up into my bathtub ... Just the worse situation. I was panicing! I called around had different companies come out and all the did was say I needed to replace my main sewer line they didnt really even take the time to look at what was really going on the ran one snake attempt and that was it! UGH!! so frustrating so I then looked on the internet and saw Schuelke plumbing and saw their $68.00 special offer I was a little skeptical at first but I saw their reviews and were pretty impressed so I called. They got out here in like i think about an hour I was impressed the plumber Tony called me when he was on his way. When he arrived he was very clean and very friendly he put protectors on his boots so he wouldnt get my home floor dirty. He then did something that none of the other companies did, he started to look at all of my backed up drains in the home was taking pictures on his Ipad and documenting everything he saw. He then went out to my clean out and began to run a snake just like the other companies it was unsuccesful but although he couldnt clear it with a snake he then ran a camera and saw there was some major roots in my line he let me see everything, he began to give me multiple options... The options were: 1.Hydro jet the line to attempt to clear the roots in my line, 2. do a spot repair with digging, or 3. Use their trenchless technology where they only have to dig a little bit. I was so confused but the plumber then explained what each option meant... So I decided to do the hydro jetting. Although it is a temporary fix they were totally fine with it and didnt pressure me to do anything else. My sewer line is running great I havent had any problems. My next step will be to do what they are calling a spot repair. But they gave me a warranty for a year on the hydro jetting. I am so happy with this company the price was great! They go the extra mile to look at the whole situation and to give you options! This place real shows great customer service I am with them for life !
