I bought a condo in 2010 and needed help fixing it up. I was referred by a friend and called Monica to get an idea of what it would cost for the job I needed done. She was very honest about costs and her quote was quite fair for the scope I needed done. I ended up having her do the bathroom too as it wasn't in my initial plan. I am so happy I did because everything turned out so well. I was so worried because I'd had a bad experience with another contractor before but Monica always shows up when she says she is and strives to meet deadlines and a budget. I can honestly recommend Saving Grace Renovations and will use them in the future.
