I didn't enjoy my experience with this company, I felt they were dishonest about their prices. They take FOREVER to process your order, and through it all I felt completely insignificant as a client - completely unimportant.
If you are doing a DVD order with them, they will charge you for Check Discs so that you may see the "final" artwork. They charge you anywhere between $100-$250 for this. However, before they complete your order they basically FORCE you to purchase several sets of these claiming that it is important for the final look of the product, or that they need to test a color from their printer. It feels like a scam to me. And at the end when you've paid all that money to have a perfect print, they still don't match the color to your specific artwork. This place is kind of a joke, I don't know how they continue to do business.
