Worst Policies Ever

BEWARE! Although this company claims they want you to be delighted with your purchase, their Return Policy WILL NOT CREDIT YOUR PAYMENT CARD for any items sold at "sale price". It's terribly disrespectful to the customer since THEIR "SALE" PRICES ARE THEIR REGULAR PRICES! NEARLY EVERY ITEM LISTED ON THE WEBSITE IS "On Sale".
They also have no Automated notification system!
I did not receive an email confirmation, invoice, order number, and confirmation number.
I was not sent an email when the order shipped, and never got any tracking information, even though I called repeatedly.
I bought two A-Line dresses. How can you mess up such a simple style?
Yet both dresses were hugely gaping under the arms, where the sleeve attaches, and much longer than stated online.
The matching wrap was supposed to be 48" long, and it was 52" long.
I was in need of warm clothes for my vacation, so I spent a lot of money to shorten them.
They still are not right, and the dress is unwearable without the wrap to disguise the flaws in the fit.
I returned the other $100 worth of the order, and was told I only get store credit since the items were "on sale"...SO BOGUS!
Why would I want store credit when their styles don't work for me, and their customer service policies are so derogatory and unfair!
I also spent a HEAP of money on shipping, both ways
Yep. ...Biggest mistake I've made in a long time. NEVER AGAIN!
