Do NOT rent from these people unless you feel like being a victim. They are soon to be investigated by the Riverside District Attorney and the California Attorney General. They think they are above the law. They get away with a lot of fraud probably because most honest Americans are shocked by their threats and bullying. They've met their match this time! We withhold rent (which is perfectly legal) to get them to contact us about necessary repairs because they hide like cockroaches when the lights are on. They won't contact us or reply to us until we don't pay. In the past, we have rolled over and taken care of whatever problems ourselves. Not this time! We are finished playing their little games. You would think they would make some effort to keep things very legal and above-board, but they don't. They have broken just about every law in regards to their line of business. And, yet, they still seem to believe they are on top. I draw the line when they threaten my little children with eviction and call them "white trash losers." OH, HELLS, NO!!!! They play shell games and go by MULTIPLE names including: San Alano Properties, San Alano Management, Asset Point, Asseto Pointo (their lame Spanish version???), Wilshire Management, Reconveyance Trustee LLC, and Managetime. One of their email addresses is James@hafahelp.org. One is Assetpoint@hotmail.com and another is Managetime@live.com. They also use multiple employee/owner aliases: Joseph, Jackalyn Bashara, Dee Dee, Eric J. Wolfe, James, Jacob, Alex, Bethany, etc. They try to play a "Christianity card" and tell you this or that is the "good Christian thing to do" but not one of them appears to be a Christian. In fact, if they can profile their renters as Christians, then I can profile them as Muslims. It's time to crush these little roaches.
