My First experience with Samantha's Bridal was nice. They went over the details of the wedding dress they would make for me and I was very pleased. However, unfortunately I had to cancel my order the very next day due to family circumstances. They informed me they would not refund my $350 deposit because of their contract, and were very rude. So before you make any deposit read their contract very carefully.
