I placed an order February 20th. My credit card was charged February 22 and I received an order confirmation. However, my order has not been received. One email was answered stating that they would track my order down and ship a replacement if necessary. A second email advised a replacement would be expedited on March 9th, but that hasn't happened either. My last two emails have not been answered at all.
Also, in spite of stating on their order confirmation that they have order tracking capability, clicking on the Track link goes nowhere.
In addition, there is no company owner or management information located anywhere on their site or on the Whois database at Network Solutions.
Now, on March 26th, I have still not received my order, or a refund which I have requested via email to both customerservice@saleeater.com and sbimiss@aol.com who is listed as the biller on my credit card statement. nearly daily for the past two weeks. These people are to be avoided.
