I had a problem with another fence company, but I had a wonderful experience with the people at Saddleback Vinyl, they bent over backwards to help me when the other fence company refused to help me after they installed a gate at my house and had a big gap on the bottom. The crew at Saddleback recognized by dissatisfaction with the other fence company, They gave me something to fix the gap and instructed me how to install it all for free. WOW!!!! amazing customer service. I felt so good about there service I bought material from them to build 2 foot privacy fence on top of my existing block wall. I would highly recommend them!!
