This is a RUDE, self-important company who will treat you as a serf. They have been known to "show up" unannounced at an apartment where a funeral was being held and the tenants were told to "get over it...it'll just be a half an hour or so...you people are such drama queens." I only hope I outlive these evil people so I can show up at their funeral. They're also horrible at keeping records. They sent me an "overdue" notice...my lawyer called their lawyer and THEIR lawyer said that SK were idiots. (verbatim) The lawyer apologized for his clients. SK NEVER apologized. Avoid this company like the plague! (NOTE: They're in Encino, now.)
