If it happened to you to cross Roy Jimenez for works in your home, or anywhere else, run away !
I am not wealthy, he knew that, but he stole all my money by pretending making works he never did, worst, he damaged the mess, if it is possible !
He said he was a contractor, he is not. He stole the license number of someone else who has the same company name and who says not knowing that (it's maybe a lie), but if at least, he knew how to work, what's the matter ? The problem is that he has no idea of what he is doing, he is even not able to settle a window straight, because he doesn't know he is supposed to use a level to check. And if only it was just that ! I had to redo the whole plumbing of my house, which cost me more, and now I must redo the whole electricity that I already paid. Not only what he did is dangerous, but also, he found the way to install plugs which don't even work, since there is no electricity in them. He was supposed to repair the roof, and I had the rain in my house during the whole winter. He told me he took off the trash from the works, when actually he put everything in my neighbor's garage, so I had to pay someone to clean everything after him.
He took $44,000.00 from me, my whole economies of a whole life, and for nothing !
I am French, I am new here, I am alone, I'm a woman, I didn't know someone could be so awful and dishonest, I learned the tough way.
Now, I don't trust anybody anymore. This guy should be in jail, and not only he is still doing his nasty thing, but he is even on Facebook !!!
If I can avoid someone to be stolen like I was at least, this review would have been useful.
I precise I filed a complain at the BBB, of course he never answered, and this complain will appear during only three years !!!
It's certainly not fair at all...
If you want a picture of this guy, I have it, just ask, and I will send it to you.
Be very careful because he is violent too, and threatening.
But I really can't just let it go and shut up...

Other P.S. : I can prove everything I said. The BBB believed me and considered the proofs like more than obvious.
