Couldnt answer simple questions!
I have tried to get an answer regarding what is covered with a service request. I called Simi, Calabasas and Camarillo with no one able to answer what is covered. I talked to 7 different people and everyone just transferred or gave me some else number. What does Park West HOA Camarillo do for their residents? I think its a pretty simple question to answer. I don't want to submit a service request and be charged later because of someone not knowing the correct answer. Has anyone else been pushed around with no resolution?

Hi Alfredo, I had a chance to review this matter with the manager of Park West, Michelle. She explained to me that she spoke to you last week. We certainly don't want you to feel this way as we take pride in providing excellent service to our clients. If you would like to discuss this further please reach out to me and I would be glad to speak to you. My phone number is 818-907-6622 ext. 225. At Park West owners are responsible to pay all utilities. The HOA just pays for walls-in insurance and owners must carry HO-6 protecting your personal contents, loss of use of the unit following an insurable loss and liability. All exterior building maintenance is handled by the HOA.
