Running Springs

It's been a while since we have spoken, but this note is long overdue. I wanted to take a minute and let you know about the exceptional service that Pearl Beaudin has, and continues to provide to our community, Running Springs in Northridge. She is a highly
competent manager who is responsive to our needs and provides exceptional service to our Board. She is a great sounding board, and takes the necessary steps to ensure she is heard on issues important to the smooth operation of our Association. Over the past
year or so, she has demonstrated an exceptional degree of professionalism as we have managed through a "vocal homeowner" who has joined the Board who can be cantankerous at times. She is poised and cool headed yet remains firm in her convictions as to how
matters should be addressed - striking just the "right balance" in each circumstance. I value her collaborative nature, and it has been a pleasure working with her. As a member of the Board, I wanted to thank you for assigning her to our account.
