Ross Morgan & Company has managed our HOA for 4 years. Our manager has consistently provided us with organized board packets for our meetings and as a result we are very productive. The first year was a transition year required a fair amount of clean-up
from our prior manager. This included both maintenance and financial clean-up. We had not been able to complete an audit in 2 years prior to Ross Morgan taking over or financials. Over the past 3 years our CPA said the books are clean and easy to work through.
It has been a great working experience and I would encourage any new HOA to get to know the upper management at Ross Morgan as well as meet with the group working on your HOA daily. I found it beneficial to get to know each person working on the HOA and develop
a relationship with each of them. My time as board president is coming to an end. I am happy to recommend Ross Morgan to others.
