I recommend John Siewers, Senior Account Executive at Rosland Capital. John walked me through a Precious Metals IRA rollover from my 403(b) TSA in the summer of 2015. I had my TSA invested in mutual funds since 1991 and must say that as of 2001, the account had not performed up to expectation. John personally handled the transition from my 403(b) accounts just when the DOW slipped below its 18,000 peak to Equity Institutional, Rosland's Precious Metals IRA custodian, for me.
