Patio is overall nice but not what we ordered. Original estimate was for 4 posts and we ended up with 6 which makes the patio look small and closed in. When I asked the installer about it he said that the engineers do the design and he just puts it together. Ok, fine, but we should have been notified that the final product would not be what we asked for.
We bought 2 fans that were installed with no problems and the electrician was great. The post lights I bought for him to install were bad so he said to get new ones and call to have him come back out to install them. I have left 2 messages (one last Friday on voicemail and one on Saturday with an actual person) and no call back from the scheduler yet.
The down spouts were installed wrong and so parts have to be reordered to fix it and the installer called to see if we could just live with it becasue he has to disassemble the header to fix the problem. Sorry guy, we paid $5200 for a patio cover that was not what we ordered, we cannot live with it.
So we shall see if we get post lights and downspouts. Overall the salesperson, Phil was awesome, but probably should have known that engineering would require 6 posts, not 4. Nick, the electrician was great, showed up on time, did good work, hope I see him again to install the post lights. Troy, the installer of the patio itself was nice, showed up on time, cleaned up well when he left, hope he's not too mad that we cannot live with the incorrect installation of the down spoutsd. (Not his fault.)
