Made an appointment the week before, tried to explain the issue to the lady, she stated they know all about the vehicle. These two shops were communicating about the my vehicle and the characteristics of my issue. The day of the appointment the receptionist asked what was wrong with the vehicle. I stated Rod and Tim have been talking about the problem and are fully aware; the vehicle lost power and is not safe. The lady got mad said I was not being cooperative, I left, and Rod came out to my vehicle stated I was being rude to his gal. I said nobody was rude except your staff. I noticed that not a single vehicle was in Rod's shop for repair, nor is mine! Beware!
