We will be working with Rockland Restoration for many years to come, working with William and his team was such an enjoyable experience. He was a class act that set proper expectations and walked me through what his team was going to do, how long it was going to take and what precautions they would be taking to insure that the floors and walls would be safe while his team is onsite. He offered a personal guarantee that we would be 100% happy with the work once they were completed. We were so pleased with his attention to detail in every facet of his teams final product. He offered extremely competitive rates as I had shopped around to insure I had piece of mind that I was not being overcharged. The piece of mind that I walked away when they were done was mostly that as a first time home buyer that was going through a difficult situation with two slab leaks and not knowing who to trust, the Rockland team was so straightforward and trustworthy from start to finish. I was walking around the house a few weeks after they had completed their work and noticed that there was a small section that his painting team had missed in the guest-room, he came out personally to finish this work on a Sunday. I am so lucky to have found William and his team, I would refer them to any friend or family member going forward.
